Our founder's love affair with ice cream began in childhood. As a Texas-born Sicilian, her world was often filled with three essential ingredients: family, artful cuisine, and her love of traditional American and Italian desserts. 

Inspired by a sister-in-law's delightful Bliss Artisan Ice Cream, we brought its exceptional flavors to vibrant Austin. We're Lone Star Scoops, born in Spicewood, Texas, with a mission to share our family's love for ice cream and spread joy, one scoop at a time!
